The room was spacious and had a stunning view of Mt Cook. The kitchenette was well-equipped for cooking, and the electric blankets made chilly evenings cozy. The hosts were exceptionally helpful, providing us with local recommendations that truly enhanced our visit.

I loved the views from my studio, and the reception lady, Renata, was super helpful. I left my headphones behind, and she took care of sending them back to the UK for me. Plus, the location was fine with amazing glacier views!

Couldn’t be happier ‘bout our stay. The views from the room of Mount Tasman and Cook were jaw-droppin’. Matthew was real helpful, even offered us tips on where to eat. And those two dogs, Tarn and Beamish, made our kiddos’ day—ran ‘round playin’ with ‘em like they were old friends. Just loved it here, y’all!

The room offered a comfortable space with a great view of Mt Cook from the front, although the best views were found walking to Reflection Island. Beds felt cozy, and I appreciated the daily cleaning service. The electric blankets were a nice touch for chilly nights, and the kitchen was well-equipped for cooking basics. The welcoming hosts provided essential tips for local attractions, making our stay more enjoyable. However, the bathroom could use some updates, as it felt much newer than the bedroom, which had a bit of an old vibe. There's a minor concern with the settee as it had lumps, making it uncomfortable to sit for long periods. Also, a nearby supermarket closed earlier than expected, which limited options for late-night snacks. Despite these small inconveniences, the welcoming atmosphere and resourceful hosts made for a memorable stay.

Had a lovely stay here with my family! We enjoyed unwinding in the garden area and taking in the stunning mountain views from the patio. The only hiccup was that the kitchen utensils could use a bit of an upgrade, but it didn't spoil our fun. 😊

The bathroom was spacious, well-designed with ample space for our belongings, and the kitchen area was fully equipped, meeting all our needs for the night.

The seating arrangement could be more comfortable for longer stays.

We had a fantastic stay at this motel with our kids! The kids loved the nearby heli-hiking, which allowed us to enjoy breathtaking scenery. The kitchen was well-equipped, making meals easy, and we appreciated having plenty of space for our family.

For dads, it would be great if there were more kid-focused activities available.

Just a reliable pick for a two-day stay in Fox Glacier with best value. The view of the mountains from my room was stunning and made the stay worthwhile. Make sure to head out early for a walk by the lake for sunrise.
